I added a couple more files to the edbrowse wiki, and at the same time, I summarily removed all of chapter 9 from the users guide, since we all agree it didn't belong there. Instead I refer to the wiki in the users guide, just below the mailing list section. I simply direct the reader to edbrowse.org for more details, because I would like to avoid future linkrot, so Chris you might want to refer readers to the wiki from edbrowse.org.
