Personally I prefer 1960-09-09 07:05
For example the time I'm writing this would be:
2015-09-25 22:49:07
As a UK resident I always find the 09/09/1960 format massively ambiguous (are
we talking US or UK ordering, in US it's mm/dd/yyyy and in UK it's dd/mm/yyyy).
