Laying some groundwork for the persistent curl server - it has to be able to reload the config file. Reload the proxies and novs websites etc. Since this is working, why not take advantage of it and let the user do a reload at runtime, not having to exit and restart. users have been asking for this feature for years.
Type config to reload the file. Yeah it's a longish command, not just 2 letters, but it is used very rarely. It will say ok or the syntax error in the file. Give it a whirl.
