The Internet is changing the way business is conducted. This presentation will
explore the "Value" provided by VANs, the effect the Internet is having in the
business world today, and possible future scenarios regarding business to
business electronic commerce.

The program will be presented by Arnie Capstick of Internet Commerce
Corporation.
Arnie has over 30 years of experience in the data processing industry. He spent
29 years with the
General Electric Company holding a variety of technical and managerial
positions. Before retiring from
GE Information Services in April of 1999, he was the Product Manager for GE's
EDI Van service with a
client base approaching 100,000 customers. He currently is the Vice President
of Product Marketing for
Internet Commerce Corporation (ICC). He is an active member of the ANSI X12
standards committees,
a member of the Product Management standards committees, and also a member of
the Product Management
Development Association.
