John Murray, of ViTec Inc., wants to know where's the best place in the
NSF flat file format to stash the Insurance Plan name from box 9d in a
HCFA 1500 paper claim .
The NUCC-DS v. 1.2 might be helpful, which is a cross reference of the
HCFA 1500 paper claim format, the NSF flat file and the ASC X12 837, at
http://www.nucc.org/nuccdataset/.
