I should't have been so abrupt. Yes, it's possible other people
could
use the template. But, on the other hand, many people still
download their
e-mail through dial-up connects at 56K bps or slower, which means
a
wait of about a minute and a half to download your document -
which they
didn't ask for, and almost certainly can't use. To impose even
that
modest inconvenience is discourteous.

Even those who have faster connections may not want to bog them
down;
my own company's connection is used by our E-commerce server, and
we
have been told not to take big bites of the limited bandwidth. W

A better approach would be to send the template directly to the
person
who asked for help, and mention it on the list, with an offer to
send it
to anyone who asks for it.
