Bradley Joyce asked about a script to connect to the Harbinger VAN from GENTRAN:Server for Windows NT. It is very unlikely that Harbinger won't be able to help you with this. You might look in one of the utility directories on the GENTRAN:Server CD for communications scripts for VANs other than Sterling Commerce. There might be one for Harbinger, but I vaguely recall a client asking me to develop one for them (they never ended up needing it and I sure don't remember actually doing it), so there might not be one. Try the user support area on their web site or a listserv for this product (is there one?) to see if someone who has developed one will share it with you. If not, you'll have to develop your own.
