TXI Segment --Tax Jurisdiction

Can anybody point me to a source of values
for TXI04 (Tax Jurisdiction Code Qualifier)
and TXI05 (Tax Jurisdiction Code)?

We receive 810s and there is now
a requirement to capture sales tax data..
