G'Day everyone! I have recently been asked to look into the topic of EDI contracts (or EDI Service Level Agreements). I have only seen a couple in my career and I wanted to know if they were widely used elsewhere or are they a rare animal. If you have any experiences with EDI Trading Partner Agreements, EDI Service Level Agreements, EDI Contracts, (whatever you wish to call them) then I would be interested in hearing from you.
