We use Gentran NT with an Oracle database.  We have been using in for about 1
and 1/2 years.  In the last two weeks, our volume has gone from a few hundrend
transactions a day to about 1000.   Every Sunday, we bring the system down for a
backup.  Because the Oracle database is on the Unix box, we have to stop and
start the three services for Gentran.  Starting last week, when we try to start
the Mailbox service, it hangs.  That's all I know, the message is, the Mailbox
service is hung.

Anyone out there have any clues?  Sterling does not.  I have been in daily
contact with them since last Wednesday.    If anyone has experienced this
problem, please let me know what I can look at.
