I have created another release of DEDIOUX (pronounced D-D-I-O).  This
release has some major changes to the transactionSet.dtd  file.  Anyone
using the old code will need to update their XML rules files. (Note to
companies that purchased rules files, we will send you your updates upon
request.)  The primary purpose for the release was to integrate a
complete EDI-Internet solution.  We are still working on the complete
solution, therefore DEDIOUX is still in beta.  This release does contain
some new methods primarily in the area of encryption and signing.

DEDIOUX, or Dynamic EDI Objects Using XML,  is an EDI and XML/EDI
translator and document delivery system.  For more information go to

delimiter logic.
          Added logic to OutgoingEDIMail and IncomingEDIMail to handle
encryption and signing but not both.
