Functional Analyst Responsibilities:

Work with the user community, the architecture team, and product management
to analyze and specify complete product functionality. Define and document:
        - process models (as-is & to-be) [UML Activity Diagrams,
Rummler-Brache, etc.]
        - use cases [UML, Jacobson]
        - requirements (including prioritization, classification, nested
relationships, etc.)
        - conceptual business models [UML Class Diagrams]
        - glossary of terms used in all of the models

A strong candidate will:
        - possess an ability to work in a collaborative environment
        - be highly motivated and self-directed
        - have good organizational skills
        - have good interpersonal skills
        - be flexible and adaptable to various roles and responsibilities
        - have excellent oral and written communication skills

Familiarity with UML, software development methodologies, and internet-based
software a plus.
