Certificator Authority

Hi every body!   I would like to know if some of you know about the requeriment to become in an Certification Authority: The company where I work is very interest in this kind of service, but here in Venezuela no body knows about this requirements, because here we don't have this kind of service. Some one here in Venezuela told me that VISA INTERNATIONAL is the company that regulate this kind of services.   I appreciate if some of you can give me some advice or information about how to become in a Certification Authority.   Thanks very much.   Jose Campos Projects Manager Minisistemas de Computación
