The programming groups should give you some return, since the process
can be automated *relatively* easily in, say, Visual Basic. I am afraid
I do not know of any turnkey packages which would fit the bill exactly.
I would be inclined to ask if the file cannot also be retrieved by FTP,
since this would put you into more conventional territory where
automation can be achieved by a suitable FTP script.
