may be you are not configured to send out fa/997. look for the yes/no flag
for "send 997 out for this transaction".

Does anyone out there find themselves in this position. For all intense
purpose it looks like you have everything set up correctly, but you are not
sending out the Functional Acknowledgement to one particular trading
partner.
When I dial out to Harbinger - I literary sit there and watch the screen
indicate no 997 was sent, and I have no clue why this single trading
partner
account is causing me grief.
Does anyone have any suggestions??
