Bridget,

I believe that your elements (those are the red diamonds) doc, msg and msg
in a level after store have established attributes (the blue triangles) that
are marked as mandatory but do not appear in your data (these attributes
will have an M beside them). Check the map and either include the
attributes in your data or change the attributes properties in your map to
conditional on the type tab of the attribute properties. My guess it that
the translator is tripping over <msg text="" /> where the text attribute is
required and is empty. Empty attributes should be left out all together and
it should read <msg> or, if required <msg text="value">. The / is confusing
because an end tag should be </msg> without any attributes and a begin tag
shouldn't have the /.

Also, there seem to be attributes in the data that aren't declared in the
map for the store element. If both id and name are declared in the map and
this is a begin tag, try taking out the /. If these are end tags, they
should be written as </store> without any attributes.

Let me know if you need anything else. Good luck!

Susan
