I want to augment Chris Johnson's (as expected) excellent pointers, even
though I'm still seething from his mendacious and vicious accusation
leveled at me to the effect that I was a mere underpaid "technician."
That is only half true. But, after all, who needs money when you can
live in East Bumf*ck, Ohio? I'm still awaiting an apology.
