I'm not sure how broadly Paul defines "utility".
Drayton, Drayton & Lamar, Inc. offers a software product called EC Analyzer
a an extension to traditional translator packages.
EC Analyzer is a monitoring and reporting tool that sits on the desktop and
accesses audit and control information populated by the translator.
The current version is tightly coupled with Sterling's Gentran: Server for
Unix. However, it can be easily modified to work with most other products.
You can get more information at www.ecanalyzer.com.
