I work for a consulting company that has helped 30 or so companies in the
Twin Cities (Mpls/St. Paul) do what you are thinking about.  It is really
slick.  Especially if you have a high speed Internet connection.  Everyone
of my clients likes it much better than having to using a dial-up modem.
