To all -
One of my divisions is running Gentran Server. They are having problems and
can not get any higher than tier 1 support. They are now in "production
down" critical mode and we still can't get the problem escalated. They were
sent a new unattended.exe and rpcsrv.exe and it did not help. They are
having a problem with their service process control. Their auto event call
remains open. It then creates a new active event with no corresponding
event in the event log. This hangs the server. Any suggestions would be
very helpful!!
