You do the Australian academic a disservice, sir ;-).  He may be abrasive
and opinionated and sometimes (unintentionally I think) rude, but his
software does what he says it does.  I have heard truly glowing reports
about Biztalk, but until very recently they originated only from the
marketing folks in Redmond.  If by any chance I do find my lunch eaten by
someone, I give my word that I will applaud their foresight and regret my
cynicism.  If, in fact, the would be lunch eater finds himself hacked by
some script kiddies and his customer list distributed over the Internet, I
promise not to laugh.  I think that's more than fair.
