I do not believe that ICC.NET has implemented Mailbags with other networks,
at least that is what one of my customers has told me. They had some
difficulty with data being sent via interconnect and ICC.NET saying that
they never received it. Data was later found at ICC.NET. Issue was
resolved but it took a day or two.
