(ask about our referral plan)! Modeling Implementation Manager (Full time, on site in Bellevue, WA). Edifecs Business Collaboration Services (BCS) provides business collaboration protocol modeling services to solution providers and consultants worldwide, so that they have a consistent, shared framework for helping networks of business partners (Value-Nets) establish effective, automated e-business transaction relationships that maintain the independence of partner processes and systems. BCS services are currently being utilized by the premier e-business consortia RosettaNet. We are currently looking for a Modeling Implementation Manager to lead, manage and mentor our Implementation team. The BCS Implementation team defines and develops standardized e-business specifications, guidelines and XML based message structures developed through extensive UML modeling and analysis. Duties include: Manage career development and forecasting for the Implementation team, conflict resolution and appropriate response to internal and external customers via communication and education. Ensure daily execution of operations within the Specification development team to meet expected growth targets per customer contracts. Function as Program Manager for customer accounts. Identify opportunities and process improvements within BCS team to improve specification development process. Desired Background: Previous experience as BA Manager within the IT or EC Supply Chains. Previous experience as IT Manager within an electronic commerce department. Previous experience in EDI Implementations / Coordination. Previous experience as a Program Manager in a software development environment Knowledge/experience in BPR, requirements gathering process for purchasing, transportation, distribution, sales, catalog, marketing, returns business processes within the IT or EC Supply Chains.
