Robyn,
Most industry groups have an organization within them that deals with EDI. They may have examples of a trading partner agreement which is specific to your industry. I would suggest that you try to contact them or see if your industry group has a web site that you may be able to go to get this type of information. They may require your membership or charge you for it.
I suggest this such that your legal department can save a bunch of time.

Subject: Trading Partner Agreements
Hi Everybody!
This is not going to be one of those emails that gets the list all fired up so
I apologize in advance for the boring post...
I know this question has been asked several times before and I thought I had
saved some of the responses but can't find them. My boss is meeting w/ our
legal department in a few weeks to go over trading partner agreements and he
needs as many examples as possible. Anyone know where I can get some?
Unfortunately none of our current trading partners required us to sign any.
Any/all feedback would be GREATLY appreciated!!
Have a great rest of the day! : )
