Tyco Electronics is looking to fill two immediate openings; one as a full
time employee, the other in a contract/consultant capacity. If you are

Permanent full time employee: Designing, developing, and implementing the
EDI interfaces into a global template in support of a worldwide rollout of
SAP. EDI knowledge and ABAP are required. Gentran Server knowledge would
be a plus, but we would be willing to provide training.
Long term consultant: Work to support the EDI team by providing a mix of
mainframe (MVS/TSO) and Unix support/development. This will be an ongoing
consulting position to support the legacy applications and immediate
business requirements to those systems. Position will involve EDI mapping,
problem investigation/resolution, and some development as required by
projects.
