The CTX has an 820 embedded in it so the 820 portion is variable length, but
there are extra records before the ISA and after the IEA as well as extra
characters to the beginning and end of the 820 itself that is a fixed 94
character record length.

My thoughts now are to create two maps, one to create the 820 and one to create
the CTX proprietary records and merge them together.
