webMethods is currently looking for EDI Product Managers in our Fairfax,
Virginia headquarters.
The candidate in this position is focused on EDI and OBI standards and the
integration of these standards with the webMethods B2Bi Solution Suite, and
has responsibility for the following:
- assist with business plan development and ongoing management
- interact with customers, prospects, industry analysts, and the marketplace
to determine future product requirements
- manage product development processes and rollout
- assist in creating marketing materials for internal and external use
- work with corporate marketing to create marketing messages and product
positioning for EDI
Minimum Position Requirements:
- 2+ years Product Management experience or relevant EDI/OBI/B2B experience
- Proven ability to set and meet product goals
- Experience in following product delivery methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
- Excellent writing skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Relevant experience in B2Bi and/or B2B protocols such as EDI, XML, OBI,
etc
