Thanks for your suggestion, Ed. Unfortunately, none of our application
files have the segment names in the field text.
I didn't mean to imply Extol's help line was less than helpful. They were
very nice and tried to help. I think I was just asking the wrong questions.
After my first call, the help line person called me back and told me which
file from Harbinger to use for some of the data. I was able to get a bit
farther down that path with that info. Plus, shortly after my post here, I
got a call from our account manager offering additional assistance. No, if
nothing else, Extol's support is WAY above anything else I've ever worked
with.

You can convert Harbinger TL/400 to Extol Integrator using the Automap
feature in Extol. I am a consultant that has done several conversions.
Depending on how your trading partner relationships are set up, it should
not be a painful process. I was also surprised to here Extol's support line
was other than very helpful. If you have any questions I would be glad to

I am attempting to convert our Harbinger TL/400 to Extol Integrator. We do
not have the GUI interface. I was hoping I wouldn't have to create all the
maps (message classes) from scratch. I attempted to create a file of an 850
off of the Harbinger system and use the conversion process to create a
message class automatically. Needless to say, I was unsuccessful. When
calling Tech Support, I must be speaking Greek or something, because they
don't quite understand what I'm saying.
Does anyone out there who has converted from Trusted Link to Integrator have
any suggestions, road map, etc?
