Title: X-12 4020 vs. X-12 4030 differences

Does anyone know where I might find exact information regarding the differences between v4020 and v4030?

I have "The Official ASC X12 Standards from DISA" CD, which even has a section titled Change summary, but it is strictly a summary and doesn't really touch on what transactions, segments, elements or codes have changed.

I have tried using the Comparator function in EDISIM but that doesn't generate an easily understood file.  I have also extracted the standards as both a *.SEP file and as an XML file, and tried to use the compare function in UltraEdit to compare these files but the results aren't conclusive, nor easily understandable.  I have also tried to use the diff function in Unix but that wasn't much better.

I need an actual transaction by transaction breakdown, to the code level, of the differences between the two.  (For additional info as to what I am trying to do, I have the 4020 version in a tabled form and need to do the same for the 4030 version.  To easily create the 4030 table my thinking is to copy the 4020 table and then 'poke' in the changes. It would be helpful if I knew exactly what changes have occurred.)
