Charlotte:
A few years ago, GCA's EDI Committee issued an implementation of the 842
for paper quality reporting called Paper Quality EDI Transaction, or
PAQET. There's a little blurb on the GCA web site at
http://www2.gca.org/store/product.asp?id=221 . As I recall (I was working
at GCA at the time) the paper companies were very interested in capturing
the quality data that printing companies were generating, and a few
companies pilot tested the transaction.
Paul Conn is now the person responsible for e-business programs at
GCA. His e-mail is [EMAIL PROTECTED] and telephone is 703-519-8173. Best regards.
