If I were you and assuming that I have a choice (e.g., no 500 pound gorilla
requiring implementation; I can still keep my job while objecting; etc.), I
do not recommend using the 857 - otherwise known as a transaction set made
from hell!
However, if you welcome major disruptions in your project timeline and
personal life - this transaction set, along with certain implementations of
the 811, 837 and others - this ia a very attractive choice.
