Title: TPA's

Mary,
Trading Partner Agreements(TPA's) vary widely in their use by companies and by industries.
I would suggest getting a legal opinion from a lawyer competent in EDI/Ecommerce or contacting
the American Bar Association (ABA) in Chicago. The ABA has set the standard for TPA's and they do have
publications on the matter (www.aba.com).

We don't make a move without one.   It establishes legal limits to the
electronic transactions.   It's the equivalent of a contract.
