Mary,
Trading Partner Agreements(TPA's) vary widely in their use by companies and by industries.
I would suggest getting a legal opinion from a lawyer competent in EDI/Ecommerce or contacting
the American Bar Association (ABA) in Chicago. The ABA has set the standard for TPA's and they do have
publications on the matter (www.aba.com).
