Interesting choice of examples.  A network that is developing a proprietary
system based in part on XML and a private company that has developed its own
DTD and has asked standards folks to bless it.  One of whom that states that
they are working with ebXML and the other "ebXML" like.

Provided by a software vendor using a educational institution's email
address.
