The relational condition number 7 in SAC refers to the 7th syntax
element relational: C1413 - If SAC14 is present, then SAC13 is
required.. You have SAC14 (Option Number), but SAC13 (Reference
Identification) is missing.

I get this error:

R CKEDIF.555: Failed on relational condition number 7 in SAC.

My line of data is like this:

     SAC*A*C310***-738*Z*20*******9*Invoice Discount of

I have tried making that 20 be 20.0 and .2 - it is supposed to be a
percent, in percent format. Do they really mean like 20%? Or am I
looking at the wrong thing altogether? I've read the notes several
times, and can't see where I've gone wrong.

Thanks for your help.
