It's been a while since I've been in the Harbinger software (I used to be in Tech Support over there until the Ann Arbor support team was 'sunsetted') but what you need to do is to go into Forms Builder, open up the form that you want to print the flat file of, then select Tools, and then Flatfile. Select Generate (with the recording options you want) and that will generate your 'flayout'. Now you should be able to print what you need. Support should have been able to point you in this direction, but then I've felt that they lost a lot when they closed down the Ann Arbor location . Trinary Systems has a good EDI package that runs on NT, in case your frustration with Harbogrine support continues.
