Hi, For what it's worth, we're using it in a slightly different but similar scenario: We have a 3rd party who manages our consignment stores (at or near our customers' sites) and issue stock as customer requests it. For purpose of example, it might as well be the customer. Stock movements get communicated by EDI as they happen (RECADV/DESADV) and there's also a daily INVRPT message which serve to match up stock levels on the respective systems and raise alerts if there's any discrepancies. I'm curious if this is the standard use of the INVRPT and whether there are other possibilities I may need to prepare for with future customers. Also, what would be the X12 equivalent? A check of mail-archive.com didn't turn up anything. Thank you in advance for your assistance. -- Jake Balfour Source Electronics Corporation ======================================================================= To contact the list owner: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Archives at http://www.mail-archive.com/edi-l%40listserv.ucop.edu/ ----------------------------------------------------------------------- The information contained in this email may be privileged, confidential and protected from disclosure.
