All:
    I received an email from Wal-Mart that explains the policy.  The info I
received this morning was incorrect and I apologize to all who reacted to
it.
    What Wal-Mart told me was that the needed delay is due to a timing issue
in their systems.  For example: if the PO's are received on Monday and
shipped on Monday, they want me to wait until Tuesday, at least 24 hours
from PO receipt to send the 810's.  The 810's can be created on Monday but
they need me to wait until Tuesday to send them.
    If the 810 is sent on Monday, the PO will not have updated in their AP
system yet, therefore the invoice will attempt to match to a non-existent
PO.  If we delay 810 transmission until Tuesday, the PO and 810 will match
in their system.
    Wal-Mart asked me to pass this info on to the list to help clear up any
confusion and suggested that all questions be directed to their help desk.
