Hello, I am currently having some difficulties dealing with the fine people at Zeller's. (Note - replace 'having some difficulties' with 'banging my head against a wall', and replace 'fine people' with an explicative of your choosing). Currently cannot get my ASN to them, even though it passes through my VAN with no error and gets dialed through our interconnect to them without failure. Once it gets to them, it seems to fall into a black hole. Has anyone else experienced similar issues, especially in regard to having to test with the fine people (see above) at QRS, their testing company of choice? Please respond to me personally and the list if your deem it appropriate.
