Ship date and pickup date are exactly the same Business Data Unit (BDU)
as is Despatch date. The difference is the destination location. Pickup
means dispatch to the supplier's loading dock (for collection) and Ship
or Despatch implies delivery elsewhere.
So the correct place to make the differentiation is in the delivery
location field, not the date field.
