I'm on a UNIX box running TLE5.0.
When sending to GEIS, I need the hex 0D (<CR>) as the seg delimiter. The
Cleo software will translate my <lf> to <cr> as part of its sending
process. But I'm also looking at VPN. So, should I specify in the event
that the segment delimiter is 0D, or use the ~? And, should I specify
wrapped? Will I need to redo my events when I change from Cleo to VPN? I'm
hoping to get set up so I don't need to make changes, but I'm not sure
which way to go.
Thanks for your help.
