David,
user groups tend to slow in the summer for obvious reasons and Seattle
being  no exception.  If you look on their website there was an interesting
presentation I went to given by a consulting group that was doing Biztalk
implementations for a energy utility.  It was interesting that they did the
Biztalk implementation without realizing there was an industry group
developing
XML guidelines (www.uig.org).  Their presentation is on the Seattlebiztalk
website.  The space Biztalk is in is getting pretty crowded and it will be
interesting to see how it washes out.
