For the curious: Mr. Maxwell did what I do all the time and hit "reply" so I got
his message twice, once through EDI-L and once at my own address. I answered him
thus on the direct one:

I have saved Ms. Foerster's list of "do-bees" (and if you remember that, you
were almost certainly born prior to 1960). IMO it's a pretty good list for, "Ok,
boss, we can do EDI, but we do need some help from sales/service to make it a
success...."
