detail, 4030 has replaced MSG segment with MTX, if you can add MTX on your
4010, then you can use it(what I did). As for the data to be printed in the
shipping label, I think you still can use REF segment if they are department#
and po type. Also, I
just finished 4030 810 conversion, I use my 4010 overlay(Peregrine TLW
translator) for this 4030 standard and it gone through Wal-Mart’s test, for
your information, the major changes as below: 1)
Replace
DUNs number with GLN. 2)
N101
change from “SF” to “SU” for supplier. 3)
N103(when
N101 is “ST”) change from “9” to “UL”; N104 change from DUNs# to GLN#. 4) TXI
segment change as below: �
