Hi John

The issue with setting up trading partners was temporary as we transitioned
our EDI Customer Service from AT&T to Easylink. As you know EDI is a very
specialized skill and we had to train our staff which is why setups and new
trading partner additions were taking so long. This issue should be fixed
know as you indicate. If you have any problems whatsoever give our EDI
Customer Service a call at 800-872-6711.
