Bob

We have used TranSettlements for years. Customer Service has always been excellent.
Most issues are solved in the initial call and if not they seem to involve all
available resources to get thing right. You often times talk to the person who is
actually working the issue and that person understands without have to go between
several parties. Other Networks talk Customer Service but rarily follow through.
Reliability has always been good. They are there when you need the service.
Kleinschmidt is good but their service sometimes seems to depend on the data volume.
In past positions I have had both good and bad experiences and they all seem related
to volumes. Customer Support at TranSettlements never varies.

Thanks
Paul
