Sherri,
just out of curiosity why are you not using a more recent version of
Gentran/NT? The newest version, 3.2, should
be out this fall. I am using Gentran/NT 2.01 on a server accessing it
through a client and PCAnywhere if I need
admin access. I am not sure what kind of best practices you are looking for
but the obvious backups and security
are issues.
