what Oracle apps release are you on?
The value in the N104 should be placed in pos. 20 that hold the external location code 
such as the value in the N104.
That value should be set up on the AR addresses/site tables in the EDI/ Trading 
Partner Location code so it will be used for location cross referencing.
No matter what release you are on, please obtain a copy of the e-Commerce Gateway's 
Implementation Guide.
