It may not have all the features you are looking for, but Supplier Systems
(out of Chicago, IL, www.suppliersystems.com) develops a number of very
inexpensive and effective packages. They also have an ASP model.
I was very impressed with their offering, and attitude.
This is based on the information I gleaned from a meeting and investigations
just over a year ago.
