Hello all, we are experiencing a serious problem with our communications between our TLE (windows) server and GEIS mailbox. We are having "timeout" errors during the "RECV" sessions and we end up pulling the data twice into our system. This is happening in production ever since we went LIVE in October, and so the impact is huge.
We have been using unix TLE 6.0 server too and it never had any such problems. (I think it is on ISDN?) We made several changes on our network, VPN router as suggeted by GEIS. But still no big difference. Please suggest if you have any suggestions/ideas/clues in this regard. Your suggestions will be greatly appreciated!! Kindest Regards.
