I did just find two more bits of information:

X12 members may access draft specifications on the web using the e-mail 
address and password of the voting representative.  Visit:

https://webster.disa.org/apps/xmldraft/xmldraft_signIn.cfm

Also, CICA training classes are offered before X12 trimester meetings, and 
at other times and places.  For information send e-mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
